An event every week that begins at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until December 17, 2025
Chair Yoga is back at the Carriage House Theater, 203 Genesee St. REAR, Auburn, NY 13021, every Wednesday at 2 pm! Practice some self-care with instructors from Pure Moon Yoga. Classes run approximately 1 hr. Registration is not required for this free program. Please bring a water bottle. If you plan on wearing shoes/sneakers during class, please bring them to put on once you arrive.
