May Read More Reading Challenge

The spectrum of human experience is beautifully diverse, and literature reflects that! In honor of Neurodiversity Month, read a book that features a neurodivergent character—whether they’re navigating life with ADHD, OCD, anxiety, autism, or other neurodivergent experiences.

These stories matter. They show us that no one is alone in facing challenges with sensory processing, social connections, executive function, or just moving through a world that isn’t always designed for neurodivergent minds. You’ll find characters who are endearingly socially awkward, deeply passionate, and all the more human because of it.

Neurodivergent individuals aren’t weird or deficient—they’re different, and those differences make our world richer. Let’s celebrate the unique perspectives and voices that neurodivergent characters bring to the page. It’s time to truly embrace what makes each of us different!
