Due to the rising number of COVID-19 cases in Cayuga and surrounding counties, and to promote the safety of our community and staff, Seymour Library will shift to Curbside Pickup service, starting Tuesday, January 19.

Although our building will be closed to the public, library staff will be on-site to answer your calls, place holds, and schedule appointments for curbside pickups during our regular hours: Monday, Thursday, and Friday, 10 am to 3 pm, Tuesday & Wednesday, 2 to 7 pm, and Saturday, 12 to 4 pm.

The library will continue to receive interlibrary loan deliveries from Finger Lakes Library System (FLLS).Due dates for checked-out materials will not change, since our book drop will remain open for returns. Virtual services, including 24/7 access to our digital collection and online library card sign-up, will continue to be available, along with virtual programs and activities.

As you already know, information about regulations and the virus changes quickly.  We update our website and Facebook page ( as soon as a decision to change hours or service level is made.
