**IMPORTANT UPDATE**
New location and additional classes starting in April!! Chair Yoga will meet at Seymour Library starting on April 3.
The library, in partnership with the Cayuga Museum of History and Art, offers chair yoga classes with instructors from Pure Moon Yoga at the Carriage House Theater, 203 Genesee St REAR, Auburn, NY 13021.
Registration is not required. Mats are not required, but please bring a water bottle. If you plan on wearing shoes/sneakers during class, please bring them to put on once you arrive.
