Tax Forms and Information

Tax season is upon us once again. While we have been receiving fewer and fewer forms from the IRS and NY State, we do have some printed forms available to the public.

Forms currently available at the library:

• 1040 (forms and instructions)
• 1040EZ (forms)
• IT-201 (forms and instructions)

There are also a few miscellaneous forms from the State available on a first come, first serve basis.

For state forms: 1-518-457-5181

When you call this number you will need to listen through several recorded messages and menu options before reaching the proper extension. the state Department of Taxation and Finance no longer has a toll-free number.
